BRIEF

Koa Design was commissioned to support the development of modular “Pop Up” kiosks for Specialty Leasing at Westfield UK malls. The goal: create a flexible, high quality solution that allowed incoming tenants to activate their spaces quickly, without compromising on design, sustainability, or impact.

Approach

We collaborated closely with the Concept Studio team to refine the initial design concepts, ensuring they were fully buildable, cost effective, and met all technical requirements. Our input focused on material selection, construction method, and user friendly assembly and maintenance, while preserving the original design intent.

The final kiosks are visually striking, environmentally conscious, and highly adaptable. Each unit is:

  • Fully demountable and reusable

  • Made from sustainable materials

  • Fast to assemble, with no specialist tools required

  • Replaceable elements

This project delivered a best-in-class solution for Westfield’s Specialty Leasing strategy, combining smart design, flexibility, and purpose driven retail.
